Giuliana Rancic Undergoes Double Mastectomy

I'm happy to report Giuliana Rancic is in good spirits after undergoing a successful double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery on Tuesday. For those of you who don't know, the E! host announced her plans to have the surgery last week after several lumpectomies failed to completely remove the cancer from her body. Throughout the entire process, Giuliana has remained positive about the future and expects to make a full recovery. And it looks like she's well on her way!

Her husband, Bill Rancic, exclusively told E! News, "G is doing really well. Her surgery lasted about four hours and the doctors were very pleased with the result." He added, "She had a little bit of pain through the night but is feeling much better this morning and was cracking jokes." Giuliana herself even had her own message to share, saying, "I want to thank all the viewers and fans for their support and prayers. The tweets and notes have not gone unnoticed. I am very grateful."
